Buying, Pickup & Delivery on SUUQ Classifieds
Last updated 15 December 2025
1. SUUQ does not operate its own shipping
SUUQ is a classifieds and mini-shop platform. We do not currently operate our own delivery fleet or courier service for most listings. In almost all cases:
- The seller sets their own rules for pickup or delivery;
- The buyer and seller agree together on meeting place, courier, fees and who bears the cost;
- Any delivery problems or delays must be resolved between the buyer and seller.
2. Common ways deals are completed
- In-person meetups – buyer inspects the item in a public place or at the seller’s shop before paying.
- Seller delivery – some shops may offer their own boda / driver to bring the item to the buyer for a fee.
- Third-party couriers – buyer and seller agree to use a delivery app or independent rider and settle payment between themselves.
3. Safety tips for buyers
- For high-value items, avoid sending money before seeing the item.
- Meet in a public, well-lit place when possible.
- Check that electronics and vehicles match the description, visuals (videos & reels) and documents.
- Keep records of your chat with the seller inside SUUQ.
4. Safety tips for sellers
- Avoid handing over items before you have confirmed payment.
- Use trusted riders or delivery partners when offering delivery.
- Be clear in your listing if you do or do not offer delivery and at what cost.
- The installment and top up listings terms are all between the seller and the customer.
5. Future SUUQ delivery services
In future we may introduce optional SUUQ-managed delivery or escrow services for certain categories or campaigns. Where this happens, the specific terms and fees will be displayed clearly inside the product or checkout flow.
