Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be delighted with every purchase from SUUQ. If something isn’t right, this policy explains when and how you can request a replacement, refund or credit.
2. Perishable Goods (fresh produce, meat, dairy)
Inspection window: Please inspect perishables immediately. Report spoilage, damage or quality issues within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp +256 784 679 630 or email support@suuqonline.ug, attaching clear photos.
Once validated we will, at our discretion, offer:
- A replacement delivery at the next available slot;
- Store credit equal to the item value; or
- A refund to the original payment method (Mobile Money / card).
3. Non‑perishable items
- Return requests must be lodged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging and resaleable condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.
4. Refund timelines
Approved Mobile Money refunds are processed within 24 h; card refunds may take 3–7 banking days to appear.
5. Exceptions
- Gift cards and downloadable/virtual products are non‑refundable.
- Health and personal‑care items cannot be returned if seals are broken.
