9. Marketplace Vendors
SUUQ would function purely as an agent or broker connecting buyers and third-party vendors. The vendor is the seller of record, and SUUQ facilitates the transaction (listing the product, processing payment, etc.) in return for a commission or fee. SUUQ does not take ownership of the merchandise in this model; it simply arranges the sale on the vendor’s behalf ie following a profound Shariah Principle known as Agency (Wakalah) Principle: Since SUUQ does not own the goods, SUUQ will formally or on agreement seek permission to represent the vendor.
10. Limitation of Liability
Vendors are liable for counterfeit, harmful or consistently defective goods and shall indemnify SUUQ ONLINE (U) LTD against related losses.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks and logos are owned by SUUQ or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written consent.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to submit false orders, interfere with the Platform, or post defamatory content.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kampala.
14. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Changes will take effect 14 days after being posted on the Platform.
